Talking Points Memo Takes On Bankruptcy Legislation -- New Blog
Josh Marshall has given the TPM imprimatur to a new blog dedicated exclusively to untangling the new creditor-friendly regressive bankruptcy legislation. As best I can tell, he won't be writing for it; rather, it will be maintained by Harvard Law's Professor Elizabeth Warren and a handful of student assistants.
Back when I was a research assistant, all of like five, four, and then briefly like three years ago, my professor wasn't doing one of these new-fangled blog things. It's so unfair; I was sneezing over dusty due process treatises that were so old they were practically painted on cave walls, while HLS law students now get to be all snarky about pending legislation of tremendous import.
Anyway, if this particular front in the GOP's "War on the Poor" interests you, I trust given Marshall's track record that this will be an excellent place to start.
Hat tip, Matthew Yglesias.
